Sign demonstrations occur frequently around Homer

The intent of this project is to provide information on the basic tenets of our democracy and compare them to the hallmarks for fascism.  We do not use the term fascism lightly.  There are clear and well documented policies and actions that have characterized fascist and authoritarian governments. Our country is slipping into these policies.
